This is a project management certfilication that focuses on AGILE development. My team and I have been practicing AGILE for the past year, so when the opportunity came to get a certificate and specialized training, I jumped on it!
My manager is a Professional Scrum Master; he's been helping us focus on Product Value vs. Development Velocity and Output. It's a great way to manage new products and anyone interested in developing high value products should definitely give it a shot!
